Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Aromatically
Once a bottle of essential oil is opened, the aromatic compounds travel through the air, where your nose breathes them in. From here, the compounds interact with chemical sensors called olfactory receptors. These receptors live in the olfactory system—the part of the brain that regulates the sense of smell.
We can use oils aromatically by:
Opening a bottle and smelling the aroma
Using a cold-water diffuser
Taking deep inhales of oil from the palms of your hands
Essential oils are a lipid-soluble substance, which means they penetrate the skin easily. Topical application is an effective way to use essential oils because once they’ve been absorbed into the skin, they’ll remain in the applied area, giving you benefits in a localised area.
Topical use is a simple way to experience the power of essential oils and provide significant benefits for the skin and body. When applied correctly, essential oils can be extremely beneficial for the skin, soothing for the body, effective for massage, and enjoyed in a variety of ways.
Topically
Internally
A common reason for ingesting essential oils is to reap the internal benefits they hold for the body. Each essential oil possesses a different chemical structure that provide the body with unique properties and benefits. For example, some essential oils can be taken internally, promoting healthy cell function, supporting gastrointestinal health, or maintaining healthy immune function, while others may offer internal cleansing benefits.
Along with substantial health benefits, internal usage also provides a way to add safe, natural, and tasty flavours to food and beverages. Not only will the addition of essential oils to entrées, drinks, snacks, and baked goods provide a simple way to experience the health benefits of essential oils, it’ll also add a pop of flavour to anything edible.
